Privacy and data processing

Service providers
- Hosting and database: Lovable Cloud infrastructure.
- Artificial intelligence: OpenAI and Google models via Lovable’s AI gateway; requests are sent with provider-side storage disabled where that option is available.
- Payment: Stripe.
Retention and deletion
No automatic deletion timeframe is in place yet: members’ histories are kept for as long as their account exists. Visitors can erase their history by clearing their browser data. A self-service export and deletion process is being prepared.
For children
KIA keeps your messages to remember what you’ve told it in your conversation thread. Never give it your full name, address, school, or photos of yourself. If something makes you uncomfortable, talk to an adult about it.
